I am building a native iPhone app that connects operational problems to continuous improvement. The idea is to support engineering and production work: record what happened, understand why, take action and verify effectiveness. Data stays locally on the device, with support for Spanish and English.
- Record downtime with start, end, reason and details; import CSV files with validation and duplicate detection. Review availability relative to planned hours and downtime by day and reason.
- Connect downtime and Management of Change to problems: explore the root cause with 5 Whys, Ishikawa 6M and brainstorming.
- Turn ideas into actions with an owner and deadline, track progress and verify effectiveness. Follow changes from proposal through closure, with a history of each change.
- Generate PDF and CSV reports and use pressure, temperature and flow converters.
